Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by GLOWARYA LLC (“Glowarya,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Glowarya provides digital agency services including but not limited to AI strategy, product design, software development, and data analytics. All services are delivered on a project-by-project basis as agreed in a separate statement of work.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to deliverables created specifically for you are transferred to you. Glowarya retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Glowarya’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harrisonville, Missouri.
